Though the screen has yet to find a home, it’s only a matter of time as the laptop is one of the very few areas of computing that gets bigger and smaller as time goes by, as there are many people who value additional screen real estate as it promotes greater productivity.
The LP201WE1, to quote its official name, rank and serial number, has a response time of 16ms, an ultra-wide viewing angle of 178 degrees, a contrast ratio of 600:1 and a 45% colour gamut. The screen offers 16.7 million colours, has 98dpi and a resolution of 1680 x 1050.
